part: short life housing
a new collection by cris cheek

This is the first presentation of six sequences of cris cheek’s, including the canning town chronicles (previously only available in audio form as the lyrics to slant’s third CD) and the gridded typestracts of f o g s. A major new collection of work dating from the 1980s to the 2000s, giving a good picture of cheek's many activities in the interstices of poetry, performance-based work, visual and audio art.

A new chapbook publication
Frederick Farryl Goodwin, Buber’s Bag Man

A 32-page collection of new work by the author of Virgil’s Cow, produced as a short-run chapbook for the occasion of the 2010 post_moot conference. There aren’t too many of these left, so if you want one, drop me a line soonish. The unprinted covers are manufactured from heavy Stathmore cardstock (it seemed a shame to sully them with print, they’re such a pleasure to hold in the hand and look at), hence the lack of a thumbnail image.

What’s in Store - Trevor Joyce

The Gig published two limited-edition chapbooks of Trevor’s in 2003, which quickly went out of print; ever since, I’ve had people asking for them. In any case, Trevor has written so much new material since 2003 that it soon became clear that what was needed was a full-length collection. So here it is: a 320pp book of poetry, collecting all of Trevor’s original poems and translations/workings and shaping them into a continuous booklength text. You can read more about it by clicking on the cover....
