JIG WALK
When you have no one to talk to
you talk to yourself
and the imaginary becomes the real.
In a nest of small hills
sounds of the railway resonate
at once in a skylight window.
Having come so far to find peace
you hate its stillness
and imagine shouting.
In a 4 am window
the waves of bird sound
fill the jaws of parliament.
In a garden full of blossoming bows
upon a river, in a green meadow
there as sweetness evermore as now.
I dreamed that I was thrown there
by a will held
in the grip of self-estrangement.
A soft noise in concord with songs aloft
thoughts held by small plants with golden threads
pull apart as my mouth opens.
SHORTY GEORGE
She refers to Human Imagination linked to phenomena
gestured by the hand’s enquiry
A woman in shadow converses with Eternal Realities
Sketches reclamation of the streets
Her name could be Praxitelean, the actuary
jump leads her head to avoid overload
branches of stock exchange and a siren.
Vibrated wires in ear wax
notate her script across slivers of resin
on a scratch path in Blake’s
World of Generation and Death
bites under rollers into an exact
geometry ponderous shield like the moon
equates appearance to a nouvelle réalité.
A butterfly on the fence
made hesitant in breeze
changes colour as she moves
this and that side of the garden
snapped by a bird in long johns.
Drawing predicts what he will look like
or how he will be
measured in sudden step elation
There is a rule that
water precedes existence
varied by mineral content.
Stability relies on security
outweighing the threat
On the cart grievance factors
can be entirely ignored
The Bellman’s automatism produces varied
yet recognised signature
without certainty of what it is.
Needs must and chance summate in action
Astride the simulacrum of Paradise
Hi! There is timespace for instance
neg-entropied with a pencil
cleansed eyes of pollen-cell interaction
holds open lids before loom of spiritual approximation.
Damned if you do and
vibrated in Morse on the oak bark
chatter recorded as repetition
Now generate and what would you expect
Goat tethered to reproduce Plato’s ideals.
Tubes of contaminated waste rush air past
platforms of benefit and risk
cryogenic scanning-probes provide the imaging
The Bellman’s cart now
harnessed to a brain storm
iterates plague victims and toxic cargo
to reconciliation or resignation.
You can guess a consequence
Corporate logo engineered to insistence
horseflies and fluff of the leach grass
crushed into newly made paper
signatures in ink of blood and charcoal
whiff of institution mothballs lavender wax
Skidded on your bike
the corridors of prowess.
Expectation presumption exactitude
sprayed on through a tube from an Orgone box
t-t-t-toxic back pain stretched
speeding up tape of croaking voice.
NODDING DONKEY 5
The aesthetics were observed to be the ‘bring-rain’ ceremony. The young are the frogs of the rainstorm, they chirp and croak. This becomes known as the place of awe filled with processions of pilgrims. The portraits of their ancient makers dissolve back into the limestone. The present day sapling altars, the ruined temples of Yaxuna, and the Castillo of Chich’en Itza are all symbols of the creation of the cosmos.
The creator plays an accordion on the corner of Church Street and High Town. The bishop climbs the stairs and asks for the meaning of dispossession. The answer is already personal and multiple and can never be proven as true or false. Temperature windows allow islands to form on top of islands. Manipulation of this can be achieved by forming a number of small islands using low-temperature deposition, sputtering or by use of surfactants.
Another temperature window controls shapes, the fractal island becomes rounded by higher temperatures. Perfectly random motion can lead to self-organisation. Tom Raworth opened catacoustics as the cloud burst. Using mirrors as beam-splitters
it becomes coherent to construct interferometers and make precise measurements. Caesium is bounced on an atomic trampoline limited only by the scattering process.
Caesium atoms were dropped onto mirrors from magneto-optical traps in the form of a cloud.
